How It Works

Students can register at any time (if space allows.) All children must be registered before the first class. Classes meet weekly, and first month's tuition is pro-rated based on a four-week month. If there’s a 5th week and no holiday, it’s a bonus class!

 

Monthly Billing.  Cutting Edge runs on continuous enrollment with monthly billing:

  1. Create an account at www.cuttingedgeusa.com & request a class. The first month is charged upon approval to the stored Visa or MasterCard on file.
  2. Autopay runs on the 24th paying for the next month’s classes and your class spot is saved!
  3. To drop/discontinue classes, submit a request before the 24th via app, email, or login to cancel the billing. You stay enrolled through the current month.
  4. Come back anytime—just re-enroll!

 

Payments.  Visa or MasterCard on file required.

Cards are charged on the 24th. This pays for the upcoming month’s classes. To pay by cash, check, or another card, do so before the 24th. Cutting Edge invoices accounts on the 15th—check your balance before Autopay!
*Note: Camp tuition is billed separately.


First Day

Check in using the Kiosk at the entrance, get a name sticker at the front desk, place items in a cubby, and wait in the lobby until your class is called.

  • Ninja/Girls Gymnastics: center cubbies near Ninja setup

We will refund 100% of the tuition for new students, for any reason, if requested with the front desk by the end of the child’s 2nd class (7 days past class start date).

  • Do you have an App?

    YES! App Store or Google Play Store: Search “Cutting Edge Athletics”

     Login using your Cutting Edge email and password created at sign up. Enable notifications for updates & deals!

  • How do I get a Make-Up token for a missed class?

    Sumbit an absence in the App or Login online BEFORE missing your class to get a make-up token.


    • Max 2 tokens per month
    • Tokens expire in 3 months
    • Must be actively enrolled to use a token
    • Pre-registration required; space permitting
  • What to wear?

    Class Prep.  Bare feet recommended - Grip socks okay.


    • No shoes, no jewelry (studs okay), hair pulled back

    • Gymnastics: leotards, tucked t-shirts & shorts, or tight-fitting clothing (no zippers/buttons)

    • Ninja: Ninja shirt (not needed for week 1) + pants/shorts (no zippers/buttons). Shirts: $16 + tax, ready in a week

    • Bring a water bottle!


  • Can anyone join a team?

    Anyone can request a team evaluation at any time!

  • Can I drop my kids off and run an errand?

    • Ages 6+: parents may wait in car or run an errand - Please return 5 mins before class ends

    • Ages 5 & under: Parent must stay in lobby.  Your child may still need you.

    • Children not in class must be supervised.  Cutting Edge is not responsible for children not accompanied by an adult before, after or between class times.

    • All kids must wait inside for pick-up


    Our lobby space is separated from the gym space with rows of cubbies.  You are welcome to stay and watch.  However, our seating and space is limited.  You are welcome to bring in your own chair. 

  • Do you host Birthday Parties?

    Sorry, no.  We no longer host birthday parties.  

  • Do you have a lost and found?

    Yes! If you've lost an item, we recommend stopping in and looking in our lost and found cubby as soon as possible.  


    After one week, these lost items and stored behind the front desk before being donated the following week.  


    Items are typically not held onto for more than two weeks.

  • What discounts do you have?

    Sibling Discount: 10% off sibling’s class that meets for 1hr 15min or less.


    Multiple Class Discount: Taking a second class replaces the sibling discount with this GREATER Multiple-Class Discount. Ask the front desk for our discount scale/pricing.

  • What is your refund policy?

    Refund Policy (Returning Students)


    Refunds/credits for the next month’s tuition (after Autopay) can be requested until the end of the current month (24th – 31st).


    $10 fee for refunds per student

    No fee for account credit to be used later. Does not expire

    No refunds once the new month starts regardless of attendance

  • What if my card doesn't go through?

    New/returning enrollment requests will be cancelled without payment. Email will be sent to update your card and re-submit your request.


    Past-Due Current Monthly Accounts

    If your card fails and payment is not made by the end of the month, the class enrollment will be dropped. We’ll email the primary account holder. 


    Re-enroll when you're ready – please note that class space is limited and the card on file will need to be updated.
